Rc IGF1-LR3
IGF-1s are mitogenic growth factors and stimulants of cell proliferation and survival. IGF1-LR3 is the lengthened analogue of human IGF-1s and is a member of the insulin gene family with higher growth promoting activity. It is a substitution of Arginine for glutamic acid at position 3 and the addition of 13 amino acids results in a longer half-life. Our IGF1-LR3 is 83 amino acids long, expressed in Escherichia Coli.
